Digitization Training Update

[February 22, 2002]
As DALNET begins the development of a virtual gateway to some of the unique information resources here in southeast Michigan, the IHDC is presenting a series of workshops to provide a basic working knowledge of digitization project management. The first workshop, Copyright in a Networked World, featured Michael Seadle, Copyright Librarian, Digital Sources Center, Michigan State University and editor of Library Hi Tech. Representatives from the DALNET members were pleased to have an opportunity to ask specific questions related to their proposed projects and to gain insight into the total copyright processes.

Registration is open for the remaining workshops in the series. You may register for the entire series or for a specific workshop. Please review the complete description of each workshop and complete your online registration on the DALNET web site.
